Carla Schiff Donnelly Argues Custody Case Before Pennsylvania Supreme Court

On November 1, 2016, Carla Schiff Donnelly, Principal and Gentile, Horoho & Avalli, P.C., argued a child custody case before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Attorney Donnelly had prevailed on behalf of her client before the Superior Court.  The Pennsylvania Supreme Court accepted the appeal on behalf of the opposing party.
