Gentile, Horoho & Avalli celebrates 30 years with a panel discussion
On Thursday, June 23, 2022, Gentile, Horoho & Avalli hosted a panel discussion in celebration of the firm’s 30th Anniversary at the Rivers Club in downtown Pittsburgh. Panelists, The Honorable Max Baer, Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, The Honorable Kim D. Eaton, Administrative Judge, Family Division Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, and William Pietragallo, II, Esq, Chairman, Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick Raspanti, LLP, examined 30 years in Family Law: A Look Back and A Look Ahead. Moderator, Kenneth J. Horoho guided the discussion from changes in the law during the past three decades, including the enactment of the Child Custody Factors, expansion of grandparents’ and third party custody rights, post-secondary education costs, Common Law Marriage, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and marriage equality.
